not much in the way of awesome beanisms lately. can you believe that?! here are a couple things that made me giggle this week though....

i look over at bean. she is looking at her hand. she has a mildly perplexed look on her face.
i ask, "what's wrong, baby?"
she responds, "my finger tastes yucky. here mommy, you lick it!"
what?! uh... thanks but no thanks sweetie!

she is talking about things being sour.
i ask her, "what is the opposite of sour?"
she thinks. she looks stumped. then suddenly something clicks. she shouts out, "not sour!"
ummm. not the answer i was looking for but not technically wrong either.

i was telling her how i really didn't care for something she did. i was a little frustrated with her. i gave her a chance to respond.
she looks up at me and says, "you know what mommy, sometimes kids just do stuff like that."
....... (i was, and still am, at a complete loss on that one!)

i hope you enjoyed your bit of bean for today!! hopefully she will share some more gems with me this week. i just love the way her little brain works! :)

I'm Carrie! that one had me laughing out loud! She is a crack up! Harrison had some good ones this week, but I didn't write them down and forgot them or I can't blog about them due to some private parts! Put it this way, he had Ken and I in tears of laughter!
