Nothing to report

sprout is happy where he/she is apparently. there has been no change at all. everything is exactly the same. it all looks good, of course. but still.....
this is very depressing to me.

i loved being pregnant when i was pregnant with bean. i was happy, relaxed, nothing really bothered me.
this time around- i'm irritable, uptight, impatient, and totally stressed out. everything is much more uncomfortable. i yell at my daughter over ridiculous things and then feel horrible. i'm so tired and cranky and i take it out on my husband. gah! i'm really starting to dislike myself.

you would think i would be getting nervous about the baby coming. you know, how to handle two kids at once and all that, but i'm not. i just want it over. i know it is only 16 days 'til my due date but that seems like a life time to me. is that pathetic or what?!?

so, we wait. we wait for a week and see what (if anything) happens.
yeah, waiting sucks.

yeah, it really does.
i've been thinking good effacement and dilation thoughts for you...we'll continue, i guess!

just remember sprout can't/won't stay in there forever...ha! if that isn't the funniest thing to say to someone who is trying to patiently wait, right? sorry. but it will happen soon, i know it!

Maybe I am not praying hard enough???

That stinkin' sprout! I'll be sure to scold him/her for you tomorrow. As long as you don't mind me having a private conversation with your belly? ha ha ha.

Maybe your cranky because I am not around for this pregnancy and you are more cranky about not seeing me then being pregnant :-)

They say no news is good news, but in this case it's NOT! You've got to stop making Sprouty so comfortable in there...bring on the spicy foods and long walks and rasberry tea. I'm sending over as many effacement/dilation vibes as I can...but I'll try to up it!!

Aww, big hugs. I've been feeling that way increasingly as this pregnancy goes along. It seems like the closer my due date gets, the farther away it seems. With my first I was content just to be pregnant. With this one I'm through already! And I still have 3 weeks, 6 days and 11 hours to go. LOL! Hang in there. :)
