Best Shot Monday

bean got little gardening gloves and a trowel for easter from my mother. so, when we had a nice day this past week we had her help us plant some flowers. she picked out these impatiens herself (of course she did, they're pink!), so we had her plant them out by her swing set. she helped dig the holes, put dirt around the plants, and watered them. the only thing she wasn't too sure of was the fact that there were worms in the dirt! she can be such a girl sometimes!!

she really likes to do the watering. the day after we planted she asked if she could water again. i said, "of course!" she took her little watering can out and sprinkled the flowers again and again. i finally had to tell her that you could water flowers too much and we put the watering can away. well, she wasn't done. she found a cup and a bucket of rain water. she filled the cup and wandered around the yard watering the dandelions!! ha ha!

head on over to tracey's to see all the other best shots this week. have a terrific monday!

Watering the dandelions, I that's great! My girl loves to water the flowers, too. Bean looks mighty proud of her pretty pink flowers!

My little girl loves pink, too, but she also loves the worms in the dirt. Which is a good thing, since she always wants to "help".

That is adorable - we water the dandelions, too! I'm sure our neighbors are thrilled with our dandelion patches...but hey - we wouldn't be able to get good photos without 'em, right?

I love that she doesn't like the worms...my girls used to get all squealy about them, but now they are fascinated with them...so Bean may change, too!

A gardener in the making! I usually look like that too (as in hair in my face and all!)

She's so cute as usual...

You have to love having a girly girl. :) I'd just be happy if Bryce would stop pulling the blooms off my flowers!
